Who is Your God

Who is your God? Your God is the person whose commands, you obey. Your God is the one who tells you what to do and you do it. Your God is not the person you say you love. Everybody loves Jesus Christ. Your God, is not the person you say you love. Your God and my God is the person or the thing that directs and commands our lives. There are some people who say the God of heaven and earth is their God, but their lives are directed by their career. You don’t see them at church, they don’t study the bible, they hardly pray, they couldn’t defend the basic doctrines of the church to which they belong. They’re not preparing for the second coming of Christ, yet they all, they love to say I love Jesus. God is my God, but all the efforts, all their resources, all their time or the sacrifices is in the direction of something or someone other than God. Your God and my God is not the person we say we love, your God and my God is the person or the thing that drives our lives and commands us and we obey.

Living in Truth

Numbers 23:19 19God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? When God says something there are no circumstances that can prevent Him from carrying out His Word. He can overcome any circumstance that threatens to intervene between what He says and the outcome, that’s why we must never doubt God. The greatest insult to God is to doubt His Word. God put Adam and Eve in a system not only of command but a system of truth, so everything about us should be true. Jesus Christ calls Himself the way, the truth because everything about Him is true. We are to live like that through the indwelling power of Jesus Christ, brought to us by the Holy Spirit working through the Word.

God, it Makes No Sense

The first question is not I have a problem. The first question should be is God with me? When God is with you a solution is with you, for with God all things are possible. There are levels of spiritual power. There are degrees to which God blesses. Did not Jesus say from time to time be it unto thee according to thy faith? Which means if you bring to Jesus Christ a thimble full of faith Jesus pours out the faith and pours in blessings. Does He fill the thimble up? Yes, He pours blessings to the brim of that thimble and gives it to you, that’s what you brought. Now here comes someone else and brings a bathtub, what does Jesus do? He fills it to the brim. Is Jesus fair? Yes. How much you get is not dependent on Jesus but on your faith. Stop bringing Jesus thimbles, bring him a bathtub of obedience and go back with blessings
